Melbourne, Sept. 24. TheMelbourne managcrof the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) reports of the local grain market as follows : — Wheat is firmer at 3s lid. Malting barley 4s to 4s 7d'/ the market is firmer. New Zealand oats— Feuding sorts are firm at 3s 3jito 3s/ 6d, and m active demand ; milling clitto, 3s 6d to 3s7d, the market is improving. New Zealand oats, under bond, at 2s lOd to 3s, with moderate inquiry. ■ .
