No Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition,- — That all Disputes, Claiii-s, and OL>j« ctions arising out of the raciug shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final.
