No Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition, — -That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority, of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points, connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. - . All Entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerstou North ; Entrance Money enclosed with /name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, and, m the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name. of the owner, and Colours of the. Rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw hoises are required to give Notice to that effect to ; the Secretary or Clerk oi the Scales one half- hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. : : All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Hoists walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No hoise to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. No Entries or Nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing.
