No. Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition, — That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. , All Entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Pulmerstou North ; Entrance Money enclosed with name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, and, m the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of' j the owner, and Colours of the Rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours entered will be fiucd 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be worn. . • All persons intending to* withdraw hoises are required to give Notice to that; effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half; hour before starling. Any person neglecting or refusing to comp.ly with this , Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. tQ, the. Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Hois- s walking over will only receive hall the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. No Eutrks or Nominations will be received under auy pretence whatever after- the time specified for plosing.
