No Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition, — That all Dispu^s, Claims, and Obj ctions arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall he final. All Entries to be Sealed and addnssed to the Secretary, Palmerstou North ; Entrance Money enclosed with name, Age at the time pf Entry, Pedigree, and, m the* case of Handicaps, Performances of the Hotse, Name of the owner, and Colours of the Rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. 'When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Disiiu.guishing, Colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw hoises are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half- hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 so\ s. to the liace Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Hois s walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No hoise to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. No Entries or Nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing.
