(UNITED PRRSS ASSOCIATION.) Wanganui, This Day. Owing to the heavy rains the trains are unaUle to run north or fouth. Heavy slip** bavo occurred at Waitotara. Passengers by the north train will be brought through to-niijht. Passengers by the soutu train are delayed at Turakina.
