A meeting was held this mornhig of J. H. C»)|»p's creditors. Present the debtor only and the Deputy Assignee. ; The bankrupt showed satisfactorily the cause of his insolvency as being through 'the pressing of certain creditors one holding n bill of sale for settlement of claims. H. : J. Hayns' meeting was being held as we went to press. Present — Manager Bank Australasia; Mr J. Linton, the debtor, and Deputy Assignee, A report of the proceedings will appear m tomorrow's issue.
