On tne way sue charged every persou she. met. Three boys and i wo men had a narrow escape, Some of them seeding safety m tight and some jumping the fence. :Mr Seeker, who was warned m ample time, picked up a couple of stones, and when she charged him he planted one of them between the cow's eyes. The opw nejit .charged Mr Gray and knocked down, he holding her hornu for a time. She broke away and 1 rulhed ut Mr W^bb/ viijo fortunately was armed with an axd, and the ;bea.st- was n^ar finnugh he b^ugljt down, the^.aie WiKiw^l-diveosd.
