Mr T. jMnnro seconded tho motion, and held' that a society of thp kind proposed Would be conducive to the best interests of the district. — (Hear, hear). He witnessed the Wellington show mentioned by Mr Stevens, and was much .surprised and pleased at it. If the proposed society was started on a proper foundation, And each town had the show m turn, he ,saw no reason why it should "not be a grand success.
