The Jprlnoipal portion of the above land was subjeot to a lease to Mr Wplland, and the Directbre have purohaaed all his interest with the right of immediate entey. The waters of the stream have beea analysed by Dr Hector, who states ; thatt they are peculiarly adapted for the purposes required. 3 ' !
