CORRESPONDENCE.
Spiritualism. (TO THE EDITOR OP THE Sir. — I observe m your paper on the 14th inst., with reference to what that gentleman says, m Joel, " And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your old men shall dream dreams, young men shall see visions. And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids m those days will I pour out my spirit." The above is by all means true, according 1 to Bible. But further down, as I read, I found a piece refering to a table dancing. But again, we never find, neither do we hear, that the spirit is poured upon the table, because generally the tables are made of wood or stone. Perhaps this gentleman means the spirits on the table, namely, such as beer, wine, brandy, &c, &c. If any of our respected Spiritualists be connected with such a spirit, these spirits will havo the power to make these parties dance, instead of the tables. Not only dancing, but will make them see visions, like the recent Ormondville murderer saw the night he killed his children and wife. — I am, &c, Nemo.
