Mr. Fred. W. Millis.

— - ♦ . -'..-. .. • We have no hesitation m stating Mr Mill's' eqtertainm.eut given in th.c Foresters' Hall last evening to he the most ohamting, unique, and complete of its kind that has visited Palmersum for a long time. In the first pavt of the entertainment Mr Millis introduced himself to the audience as a character impersonator, and m this role we can conscientiously say his representation of the various characters to be true and faithful delineations, and full of mirth-provoking comicalities. The second part of the programme consisted of ventriloquistic . feats, than which we venture to say [ no better have ever before been seen , m this town, and we would strongly recommend any one wishing to enjoy , a good display of ventriloquism to , visit the Foresters' Hall to-night. t The way m which Mr Millis manages the various dumb figures, which ( appear to be talking, but which are l merely mechanically moved by him, j is something wonderful, continuous , bursts ef applause testifying to the . thorough appreciation of the audience , Mr Millis is assisted only by a pian|sfc . ( (an excQ tumidly, goqd on,ej, cqusidof' ) ably acting to the enjoynibnt of the . entertainment. A complete change \ is notified for this evening. \
