The Foxton Election.
PROCEEDINGS AGAINST PHAttAZYN. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ■WEtLtNOTON, This Day. The Returning Officer for Foxton electorate has instituted proceedings against Hon. C. J. Pharazyn for having voted at the recent election for Foxton. At the, election iv 1881 Mr Pharazyn wan convicted under the Corrupt Practices Act and was thus disqualified for three years.
