A Wonderful World.

Dr. Bsibbit (author of " Principles of Light and Color, and their application iv the cure of riist'ase,") writing to the Bnriner of Light, saya-™" Before closing, T want to say that my spirit-guides have announced to me the existence of a very distant and wonderful world, far beyond ihe orbit of Neptune, which, as my readers will remember is the most distant planet of which the astronomers at present have any knowledge. It is described ns having no moon, as being several times the size of our earth, with a year equal to between two and three of, our centuries. It is said to lie by far the ripest and oldest world of the solar system; while the development of the people, so far fls material words are ooncerned, is prolmbly the most marvellous thing that has ever entered th«> conception of ntiiin. For a number of weeks back I have been receiving through my hand telegraph, accounts of that world, its institution*, its society, its homos, its mechanics, its method of travel, of living, paling sleeping, &c, purporting to bo given by two- exalted sph'ita, a main and a female, who have come from that world itself. As T have been under th<* guidance of Dr EUiotson's spirit for many years back, and have never been ablo to detect the least sign of deception or falsehood m him, or m other spirits whom he lias permitted tq address inn, and especially ns the description thus given is probably the most complete and beautiful portrayal of a perfect world ever presented to niankiud, I have eveiy reason to believe m its thorough truthfulness. Dr Elliotson is of the opinion that asironorners will discover tin's planet before the close of this ceatnry,"
