A Correction.
(TO THE EDITOR OP THE STANDARD.) Sir, — In your local of the 28th, I notice by far the fastest vo}*age across the Atlantic, has just been made by the Steamer Oregon which made the vayagein six days, nine hours, twenty minutes. Sir, T wish to inform you that the troopship Serapis, built for the Indian Relief Service, made -her first voyage from England to^Quebec m 1867 which she did m six days, six hours; and to make it more noted, during the voyage there was one birth, one marriage, and one death. — I am, &c, A.
