CHINA SUBMISSIVE. f Special to the Standard J \ [by cablb.^ London, July 30. r Li Fong Pao, the Chinese Ambassador, has appealed to M. Ferry to prolong the time fixed by the French Government for China to meet the demands of France for indemnity m connection with the Langson outrage. M. Ferry has, however refused Li Fong Pao's request. The respite granted by France expires on Friday next.
