Melbouenk, July 25. The ' Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) reports the sale of cargo qi kauri timber at the following average prices : — At per 100 ft BU per — Sawn flitches, 15s 3d ; sawn boards, 1 inch, 14s 3d to 20s (sic) ; ditto, 1£ to 3 inch, 14s 6d ; dressed boards, } inch, 16s:. ditto, Jiu, 16s 6d. At per 100 feet lineal— -Tongued and grooved flooring, 4by I£, 7s 6d. The market iB dull.
