RAILWAY ACCIDENT.
TWENTY FERBONS DROWNED.
OTHERS SEVERELY INJURED. (by electric telegraph-copybight.) (REUTKr's TELEOBAHB. New York, July 20. A disastrous railway accident occurred near Ohio. The train left the rails and fell over an embankment into the river. Twelve persons were drowned and twenty-five others severe* I ly injured.
