Fifty People Killed and Injured.
(by electric telegraph- copyright.) fRKUTKR'B TKLEORAMB. (Received July 18, 1 p.m.) .......... Losdon*, July 17. A disastrous accident has occurred on the Manchester, Sheffield, and Lincolnshire Railway. The axle of the carriage of an express train ruii- j ning from Manchester, to Sheffield broke and the train left the rails and fell o^er an embarkment 20 persons ! were killed and 30 others sustained severe injuries.
