• fc : r e fti* the accused thrown of the hall; he was held by the legs and arms. Two other witnesses were called for the defence, and guve similar evidence. The Bench, m giving judgment, said— l think the defendant did proToke a«breach of the peace, and that ho did send a challenge to fight ; but, consider the very unceremonious manner m which the accuxed was ejected from the hall was not warranted. I wish the public to remember that the Salvation Army h»ve their mode of . conducting religious nervices, and if persons who do not agree with them attend the meeting* for amusement, and cause disturbances to take place, i they must take the consequences.
