Sir;— l find Mr Frwer's supporters are making a great fuBS about Mr Macarthur being a servant of the Corporation ; but we hear nothing about Mr Fras«r's position with Mr Johnston, our late member. "Why, we may just as well have Johnston m again, as to return Mr Fraser, who is as unfitted as a school-boy, and would do just what Mr Johuston told bim.—l am, &0., Ben. Gosling.
