Tiie excitement arising out of the anniversary of the French Republic to day culminated m an outbreak of popular feeling against tterimiy on the part ota large. body of Parisian youths who proceeded to an hotel which was flying the German national ilag and forcibly removed the banner and tore it to pieces. The disturbance was speedly quelled by the police.
