BANK OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA.

The Bill which the Bank of South Australia has introduced into the Imperial Parliament for the extension of its charter has passed the Committee of the House of Lords. The Imperial Treasury opposed the Bill, on the grounds that it included a clause, which limited the liability of shareholders with regard to note issuer .
