Sporting News. Third Grand Drawing is Now Open. UNPARALLELLED success of these Grand Drawings, as they are carried out on the same principle as in Hamburg and other Continental Cities. The First Drawing for £2000, and the Second Drawing for £3000 filled before the advertised time for drawing. The Company were induced to make this Third Grand Drawing for £3000, in consequence of the great success, and also the confidence gained from the public since opening these Hamburg Drawings. This Third Grand Drawing will take place not later than the end of Juse, and the Fourth Drawing will open on the Ist July. Late Applications are registered for the Third Dravnng. Over 4000 applications for programmes are now registered for the Third Drawing. This Third Grand Drawing will consist of 940 Money Prizes, amounting to £3000, subscrided by 6000 members at 10/- each. Total Amount, £3000. 240 Money Prizes. : The Grand principle of these Hamburg Drawings is that a purchaser of 25 Programmes is guaranteed a Prize, as it is so drawn that a prize must come out to every 25 numbers, and and the chances are in favour of the investor drawing a large prize, as there are 160 large prizes against 80 small ones. To any investor of £2 the chances are only 6 to 1 against him drawing a prize, and the Head Prize or any other may be drawn by '■ any investor of 10/. • The Company would not presume to ; tell tJie public ituat tliey have a number \ of chances and can win a number of prizesfor a single investment of lo/. TJie large bulk of the Money in this Grand Drawing is not given away in one big prize, as it is in the Havse Consultations, but you will observed \ this Homburg Drawing that the £3000 is fairly proportioned into i 240 Prizes giving every shareholder ; an equal chance of getting a good prize. j ' This Hamburg Drawing is one of i f the most novel, and will be conducted ; on the fairest principle possible, so as ! to g^ve entire public satisfaction.
