Thk Feilding Star affirms that the statement that the projected Oroua Valley railway route has been found utterly impracticable is " utterly "
false. Our contempoiury goes on to siy : — " We have mad« enquiries, and liutl that Mr Eociifort was able to find a spliMidid ruute, with uo engineering difficulties of any consequence. The only expensive piece of work would be that of bridging the Kangitikt-i Kiver.
