The following is the result of the day's play : —Yorkshire, first innings, 55 runs. Australians, first innings, 60 runs. Yorkshire, second innings, 72 runs. Later. The match was concluded to-day. The visitors requiring 68 runs to win went m for their second innings, but obtained that number with the loss of only seven wickets, thus won the match by three wickets.
