The cricket match at Derby was concluded to-day, and resulted m a victory for the Australians by an innings and 40 runs. The County eleven, m their first innings, scored 106, and having to follow made 137 m the second, or a total of 234, against 273. For tho Australians Spofforth bowled splendidly, and took the majority of the Derbyshiiea' wickets. For the home team Docker, m the second innings, was the highest scorer with 34. The weather was splendid, and there was a good atten dance. Little interest, however, was taken m the contest.
