The Australian cricketers played a match to-day at Birmignham against an eleven of the Middland counties. The latter went m first, and scored 82. The Australians got 76 runs, or 6 behind their opponents. The latter m their second innings were all out for 26, leaving the Australians 33 to get to win. They obtained the number with a loss of 6 wickets, thus winning the match by 4 wickets. Later. Received May 28$, 1.5 am. At the cricket match at Birmingham to-day Spoiforth m the first innings took six wickets for thirty runs and m the second innings secured seven wickets for three runs.
