Wellington Produce Markets. Monday Morning. Hasel and Co. report prices of produce as under -.—Feed oats, 2s 3d to 2s 6d ; milling, 2s 6d to 2s 9d ; fowls' wheat, 2s 9d to 3s 3d ; barley, 3s ; maize, none in market; bran, L4 ss; pollard, L5 ; sharps, L5 10s ; potatoes, 60s to 555 ; onions, L5 per ton; bacon and hams, scarce, 9d ; butter salt, without demand, 7d to 8d ; fresh, Is ;eggs, 2s to 2s 3d ; apples, 6s to 12s 6d per case. George Thomas reports produce prices as follows :— Business has been seriously retarded during the whole week by the exceptionally stormy weather which has incessantly prevailed. Potatoes, in consequence of non-arrivals, are raiher firm at 55s to 60s. Pollard and bran still maintain activity at L5 10s and L4 . iOa respectively. Bacon aad hams are very scarce, the new cure not being yet to hand, good qualities rule from B£d to 9d all round. Quotations for consignees' guidance— Feed oats, 2s 5d to 2s 6d ; milling, 2a 7d to 2s 8d ; whole fowls' wheat, 3s ; flour, (200's), from LtO 10s : 1 m < a A Z^ 4s 6d ; barlev » 2s9d ; oatmeal, Ll2 10s ; onions. L5 ; cheese, 4£d to 5d salt butter, dull, 9d ; fresh, do, 10*d to lid; eggs, 2s 6d ; fowls, 3s 6d pair: turkeys, 9s ; geese, 5s 6d. All sales by auction have been rather poorly attended, and biddings other than spirited.
