Several gentleman, addressed the & meeting', and the following resolutions ■were carried unanimously : — "That, "-in the opinion' of ibis meeting, it is ■<■ expedient that the trustees and com-mittee-of management take immediate £ step* for the re-erectiou of St. John's *•• '-'Church svtkl school-room on the Willisetreet site." "That the buildings f -' 3 should be erected as proposed (at a .'■• cost not exceeding £5500) to combine { - the greatest, convenience for the oon- • gregation and school, consistent with 'the space, and a due regard to pro!>!j>riety of design, and that, m further--'•arice ofthis object, subsciiption lists i J be'at odcu opened to procure the necessary funds m aid of the work."
