(tftflXED PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Nelson, May 12. A young man named Robert Leatherwood, aged 24 years, fell clown dead at Richmond this morning whilst washing himself. Heart disease is the cause of death. Wellikgton, May 12. Lottie Wilmott, well-known throughout the colony, died at the HutL on Thursday. She had been asling- for some time. The funeral of a child of one of the Salvation Army took place this afternoon. The | rocession was headed by the Army band, followed by the soldiets. then the " halleluiah lasses " and children. The ceremony was quite novel, and was witnessed by a large number of spectators. Auckland, May 12.
