THE RECIDIVISTE QUESTION.
Lo vDOiV, May 8. M. Blowitz, the Paris correspondent of the London Times, writes that if the Australian Colonies are clamerous m regard to the Recidivistes question, the wisdom of the French Senate and the costliness of the scheme will probably prevent the measure from being brought into active operation.
