Manawaru Road Board.
YESTERDAY. Resolved, Thut Anderson's account be considered by the Board on Friday next. The Cli airman proposed that Messrs Nathan and Macnrthy receive the sum of £100 on account ot their claim. Carried. Eesolved, That the Enginner be authorized to prepare plans and specifications for 35 chains formation opposite sections 1577 and 1574 Kairanga commencing at Longburn Road, and balance to be expended m completing Corcorans contract opposite sections 1551 and 1548. The notice of motion tabled at last meeting- of the Board to petition the Governor m Council to constitute Fitzherbert Road East County Road was moved, and seconded by Mr Fair and carried. The Chairman instructed the clerk to insert all advertisements of the Board for the ensuing three months m the Standard. Accounts passed for payment amounting to about. £150.
