Mr Reynolds, Mi* Stout, and Mr Bastings, who are m favour of the association, and Mr M. W. Green against it. Sir Goorge Grey arrived m Lyttelton early this morning by the Mana— pouri. After a short inspection,, of the harbor f works, &c. } Sir George came through by train, and has taken up his quarters at Coker's Hotel.
