The Steamer Collision. (by electric telegraph, copyright ) (REUTER's TEL EG HAMS ) Melboukne, May 1. The application of Captain Lockyear of the steamship Adelaide, for a mandamus to prohibit the Victorian Navigation Board from enforcing the suspension of his certificate was read today but was ultimately refused. It is probable Captain Lockyear will appeal against the decision ojf the Court.
