Actions for Libel.
The Marl borough Express says : — " We understand that gome of the directors of the Picton; Coal Compauy have commenced proceedings for libel against a Wanganui shareholder for publicly stating that all the directors had held contracts under the Company; The matter is already m the lawyer's hands. -The phareholiicr aljuded to is Mr George Howe, and each director intends b inging a separate action."
