During the race lor the Post Stakes yesterday, Orangepeel, who had a bad start, took a .short cut "across the course but when near the straight fell, breaking one of bis hind legs. The accident caused his destruction shortly afterwards. Stratford, who was riding:h.im, sustained severe injury to his wrist-anil arm 1 .
