"I^TOTICE is hereby given, m accordJ_\ ance with sections 49 and 50 of " The Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882,'' that the Oroua County Council propose to construct the road known as the Bunnythorpe-Kaiianga Road, and thit the estimated cost of the parts for which a special rate over certain properties m the Taonui Riding is now required is £1820 7s lOd. The yearly payment required to be made thereon is £45 10s 2d, and the amount of special rate required to meet such payment is one-third of a penny m the £ annually on the rateable value of the following sections m the Taonui riding, viz. :— Sections 431 to 438, 616 to 519, 533, 534, 541 to 548, 586, 587, 598,599, 1555 to 1561, 1563, 1566, 1567, 1569, 1570, 1575, 1576, 1581, 1582, 1585, 1586, 1589, 1590- -1598, t599, 1600, 1601 to 1607. -, ■ 'Die plans, specifications, and detailed estimates of the cost of such proposed work may be seen at the County Council Office, 3?eilding, during ordinary business hours.
