Any horse entered for the above, winning a race between date of entry and race, to Gar ty a penalty of sib. To start at 12.30 p.m. 4. Novel Race of 20 soys, oncer ijound the course, post entries of 1 soy, weight not to be less than 8 stone. For all horses which have been the \>ona fide property of residents wilhin the Borough boundary, since first day of January, 1884, and 1 J £h"ati have never been entered for an' advertised race, hack races excepted.. The winnier of this race to becduie' the properly of the Stewards, and to be sold immediately after the "vac'e. Any. other horse m the race may bo claimed for the sum of £20, the said sum to be paid to the ownev, and any further sum realised, to go to the funds of the meeting. To start at 1.15 p.m. 5.
