In the Liverpool @uurier is ah account of ii perilous ride taken by a man named .Geo. Adnms under an 'express train. He had taken a piece of rope by throwing it over the axle bar, and, noosing it at each end, made a support for his heßd and^ feet. In tbis position he travelled all the road from Liverpool to Wolverbampton, and when noticed by a carriage examiner was m a very exhausted condition. When taken' before the Magistrate he admitted that as the train flew along he became frightened, and would have got off but was afraid of being cut to pieces. He was let off by paying the Court fees.
