We are glad to hoar that there is eVery prospect of the Soap and Candle Factory Company being floated. The required number of shares will be subscribed, and the undertaking promises to become a -supceMsf Ully-es*abli^hed industry m due course. Credit is due to those who . have exerted themselves m the effort'to obtain share*, and to the public who have so readily responded. We congratulate the district on the near prospect of anoiher profitable local industry being soon successfully established m its chief centre.
