Medical" evidence was give|n J to drove the injuries inflicted on prosecutor were very severe. Detective O'Sulli van proved the arrest of prisoner' on a charge of assault and robbery. His Honor having summed up briefly, the j ary without retiring from^tW box brought in a verdict of guilty. ! His Honor then passed a severe but well-deserved sentence on the prisoner, remarking tWt Che case was a flagrant and most daring one.
