Interesting Discovery.
Ancient ruins, which surpass anything of the kiud yet discovered on the American continent, have l»een found in Sonora, a- out four leagues south-east ofMagdelena, Mexico. There is one pyramid which has a aae of 4350 feet, and rises to a height of 750ft. It has a winding roadway from the l.ottom leading by an easy grade to the top, wide euoiighJpJ^c^iagesAQ-pa^meKr which is many miles in lenatK. Iwge^bjo^^^muite in rubble, and the circles "are as uniform and the grade as regular as could be made at this date by the best engineers. To the east of the pyramid a short distance is a ifionntain about the same .size, and rising to about the same height.
