instead of his " boss's" land ; he soon puts value on his land and the improvements on it are like money laid by m a savings bauk, only the interest he reaps will be nearer 15 per cent than five; he learns to know what home is by staying at home ; and above all he becomes a bona fide farmer for the land keeps him. All this may be done if the inhabitants of a place combine and make -a market for their milk.
