After several members had spoken, all agreeing' that dummyism was m these cases clearly proved, the following resolution v;as passed unanimously, viz., " That 'the board hereby declare all the right of Thomas ! Johnston to section 2, block 6, StrathTaieri district, ami all moneys paid m respect thereto, and that all improve^ ments made thereon phou ld be forfeited, and we decline to issue a license to the .said Thos. Johnston for the said lancf." Similar resolutions were also carried with reference to the other cases.
