Colonel Bnller has been placed second m command to Major-General Sir Gerald Graham of the troops despatched from Cairo to Souakim. Public meetings have been held m various parts of England, and resolutions passed condemning the Government for its policy with regard to Egypt. The Ist battalion of the Black Watch, the 19th Hussars, Ist battalion of die Gordon Highlanders, and the 3rd battalion of the Royal Rifle Corps have been ordered from Cairo to reinforce the troops at Souakim.
