Mr J. E. George congratulated the Clqh/on its financial condition, and general', ifogret was expressed at the resignation of Mr Lyon, h on. secretary, owing to business engagement?. It was resolved to present him with a^ gold "chronometer. "A vote^ of thanks and appreciation of services to Mr Evett, haudicapper, was also passed |
