Further Proceedings. A ifresh lufbrmation has been l^jlged against P. K. Watty for uttering and' disposing of a cheque which he knew to be a forgery. The latest rumor m conneotion with this remarkable swiadler'ia (says a Wellington , paper; that a well-kndwn lioensed victualler a short time ago charitably cashed bills to the amount of <£220 for Mr Watty. The publican has now discovered that these bills are valueless*. Watty has still been unable to obtain bail.
