El Mahdi's Advance.
Small-pox at Khartoum. (by electric telegraph.— copyright.) (reuters' telegrams.) London, February 16. Reports have been received that the garrisotisat Cenkar and Mesaimier are retiring towards Khartoum, and that El Mahdi has raised a rebellion at Zetneu. The followers of the false prophet are preparing for hostile measures near Khartoum. It is generally believed that the extent of the transports indicated that the Bit : sh intend sending an expedition to Berber. Small-pox is raging at Khartoum.
