Not content with exorbitant taxation,, the long suffering public are now to be defrauded Jofthat which is legitimately their rightj and for which they were prepared, to rate themselves as required by that wonderful Act which was to prove a panacea for all the financial troubles of local bodies. It surely is about time that a new order of things in the way lof Government administration were speedily inaugurated.
